Brooks Resources contracts Ross to shoot and design their 2005 calendar

The Brooks Calendar has always been an annual Central Oregon showcase piece. Over the years it has displayed some of the best Central Oregon scenery shots by the area's premier landscape photographers. For the 2005 calendar, Brooks Resources asked Ross to shoot RiverWild, a development located near Mount Bachelor Village. Ross was more than thrilled to tackle this prestigious job! Brooks was kind enough to give him an eight month window and they also left the creative process open so Ross could explore any aspect of the surrounding area. Yep, this was a dream assignment.

Many long walks and seven mornings of watching light change produced a stunning image of the Deschutes river, Ponderosa pines and a massive cliff wall and boulders. Everyone at Brooks was elated with the image and Ross breathed a sigh of relief. Another fun job with happy clients, who can ask for more?
